New bins for green waste are being delivered across the city.
By the end of this summer, all suitable properties will have received a 140 litre outdoor wheeled bin (unless they already have one) and a small silver kitchen caddy to enable residents to recycle all their food and garden waste.
Most flats and apartments will receive a 20 litre container along with the kitchen caddy so that they can recycle their food waste.
The scheme will be rolled out in two phases.
Once it is up and running, all waste and recycling will be collected on the same day, every week.
Residents whose property is to be included in the first phase should have received an introductory leaflet outlining the scheme.
When the kitchen caddy arrives, residents are asked to read the instruction leaflet inside, which will state when the scheme starts in each area.
To find out which properties will receive bins during the first (June) or second phase (August), see the list below or, for more detailed information, residents can go to a website where they can type in their address to see when the service begins in their area - www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/recycling.
There is also a FAQ section.
Alternatively you can email recycling@milton-keynes.gov.uk or call the Environmental Services Contact centre on 01908 252666.
