MK hosted a tough Spencer side and created a fantastic chance inside five minutes, but Brett Hollands’ quick shot ended up going wide.
It was an even game with opportunities from short corners being created but MK just couldn’t put the ball in the back of the net.
There was a blow shortly before half time when MK found themselves down to ten men after Grant Webster stopped a Spencer player entering the 25.
But the visitors could not capitalise on having an extra man andMKdug in for a point.
MKLadies 1sts maintained the pressure at the top of the league by coming from behind to beat Sonning 3-1.
Sophie Reynolds, Chrissy Little and Gemma Meredith were on target.
The men's second team secured a 5-0 win over Eastcote 3rds, their fourth win in a row. The goals came courtesy of a hat-trick from Dave Breuilly and a couple from Giacomo Palmiero.
A strong display by the men's thirds saw them see off Eastcote 4ths 5-1, goals from Russell Brazier 2, Nick Lygobaker, Jack Luther and Matt Darvell.
Menawhile the 4ths went down 3-2 to Banbury and the 5ths lost 6-2 to Gerrards Cross 3rds.
