MKathletics club sprinter Kadi-Ann Thomas managed identical times in her 60m heat and semi-final at the Birmingham Indoor Games.
She finished third and fifth respectively in 7.68s.
In the M15 60m heat Tyrell Dankwa lowered his personal best to 8.14s, taking third spot.
Meanwhile, Chris Clarke twice beat Matthew Threadgold in the 60m in Loughborough, with times of 6.83s on both runs, a new personal best.
In Cardiff at the British Universities' Cross Country Championships, the men's B race saw a great run by Chad Lambert for 11th place, taking 24m 10s, and not too far behind in 17th was Tom Comerford in 24m 22s.
It was 58th for Sam Deathe, 25m 52s, 110th for Matt Eager, 27m 14s, and 308th for Josh Lyman, 32m 50s.
At the Anglian Schools' Cross Country in Ipswich, intermediate boy Ben James was 17th in 19m 45s and intermediate girl Fern Yull was 16th taking 18m 08s, minor girl Rhona Grant was 17th in 10m 57s.
In London at the indoor U17/U15 games the club had two competitors in the F17 800m with Lucy Hacking taking third spot with a good 2m 34.64s and there was a personal best for Maya Jennings of 2m 37.00s.
