Train derailment at Bletchley-update

Passengers are being told to expect severe delays to south bound travel today.

Network rail have said that they hope to have two lines operational by midday.

London Midland issued a statement that reads: "It advised that London Midland train services between Milton Keynes Central and London Euston may be cancelled at short notice, adding that an estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed."

There is no transport from Bletchley, Leighton Buzzard or Cheddington, and customers are advised not to travel.
