Thousands of people will gather in the centre of Milton Keynes later in the month to put their best feet forward for this year's Sainsbury's Sport Relief Mile.

On Sunday, March 21 hundreds of thousands of people across the UK will come together to get active, raise cash and change lives by taking part in a one, three, or six mile event.
The Sport Relief Mile event in Milton Keynes is one of the biggest in the country, with thousands of people signed up.
It will start from the Church of Christ the Cornerstone car park which will be closed after midnight on Saturday, March 20th until late Sunday afternoon, when the events have been completed.
Milton Keynes Council sports development manager Richard Davis said: "With one, three or six mile distances to choose from, there is a 'mile' for everyone, from the super sporty to those who just want to have fun."
As well as the races themselves, the city centre will be alive with various entertainment and attractions, including music, street artists and other performers taking to the streets to give the day a carnival atmosphere.
Various roads in the city centre, including Saxon Gate, Midsummer Boulevard and part of Silbury Boulevard, will be closed from 6am.
Diversion signs will be in place, but anyone using them is advised to add a few minutes to their journey.
