Family and friends have been paying tribute to Paolo Sicorello after his body was found in a canal on Sunday.
It was discovered byamember of the public in the canal in the Giffard Park area, near to the pub from which he went missing on January 9.
Since his disappearance, Paolo’s friends and family,members of the community and local companies had helped police in the search for him.
On the Facebook group ‘Help Find Paolo Sicorello in Milton Keynes’, which has 1,716 members, hundreds of people have left messages of condolence.
One message, from Val Barnes, reads: “There are no words to say how we feel. We know you were loved so much. RIP Paolo lots of love uncle Les, auntie Val and all the family down here inKent x x x.”
Another, from Mark Young, reads: “Bye Paolo. Rest in peace mate. You were a massive part of my childhood and growing up for 15 years. I haven’t seen you for a number of years but I’m proud to have called you my mate. Thoughts with the family at this time.”
