Motivators climb to top of poll

A company which improves other businesses has been honoured for its own performance.

Motivcom, the Milton Keynes-based group dedicated to improving the performance of employees through incentive and motivation programmes, has officially been rated as the sector’s largest agency according to major industry poll.

The publication, Conference & Incentive Travel, rated Motivcom, which comprises companies P&MM, AYMTM and Zibrant, as the largest organisation in the industry.

Motivcom boss, Nigel Cooper, said: “Having grown throughout the course of the recession in staff numbers, turnover and profit, we’re elated to have been recognised as the industry’s largest and strongest organisation.”
